A tale of two ears.

Emily had her hearing tested yesterday and everything is good. her right ear doesn't hear as well as her left ear but it is still within normal range. She goes back in three months to be tested again and we will see how it is then. Otherwise the consensus is that she is just not paying attention and can actually hear fine.

I suck

I was doing so well with this blogging thing. I really was. Then Mr suck got sick and I have spent the last 3 weeks nursing his sad little self back to health. It has been a very trying time. I mean I really had to try some days not to dump his soup on his head. We both survived it though. It was close one day when I took him his breakfast in bed (a muffin and some cheese. which was what the rest of us were having) and he looked at me and said "do I look like a muffin and cheese kind of guy?". You would all be so proud. I walked away. I didn't yell, I didn't throw things (it was close) I just walked away.

Sickness...

OK peeps this is gonna be a quick one. I have not fallen off the face of the earth nor have I forgotten about you all. The few weeks have been crazy. Issy had an ear infection and refused to sleep and by this I mean I was getting on average 2 hours a night. Now though Colin is sick with West Nile. Yep you heard right. My hubby got the sleeping sickness. You all know what that means. Yep a sick whiny man home in the house with me 24 hours a day for the next three weeks at least. I am gonna lose my mind . I will try to update you all soon but Mr needy is making that a little difficult. Don't get me wrong I love him dearly but a person needs a break. OK that is all I am now off to spend some time with Colin........wish me luck.
