HEAT WAVE!!!

OH MY GOODNESS!! I have never in my life felt so unbelievably hot and sweaty. I don't wish to disgust you all with the gory details but lets just say that I am sweating in place I did not even know could sweat. The humidity is insane and as a result I look as though I have driven through a wind tunnel in a convertible. Not a very sexy look.

The poor kids are laying on the floor in shorts and tank tops, sweating and panting. I miss my air conditioner. I am actually debating the merits of sitting in Issy's paddling pool with the kids. I mean I don't want to inflict the nastiness that is my cellulite infested body on the neighborhood let alone my children, but desperate times call for desperate measures right.

If any of you here of a beached whale rescue happening in the middle of the prairies, have no fear it is only me in a swimsuit.
