Quiet

We are going to have a quiet day at home today. Well except for me doing the never ending stack of laundry. Today will be a day of movies popcorn and naps lol.

I have to say this whole mobile Isabelle thing is not quite so cute anymore. She is into everything!! She is getting quick too. One minute she is in the living room the next minute she is in the kitchen. Keeps me on my toes I tell you. She still thinks she is pretty smart with this whole crawling thing. She will crawl around and then sit up and squeal. So cute. Until she gets into something she isn't suppose to then it abruptly loses its cuteness.

Yesterday during the day besides the usual household stuff I went through all of the clothes in the basement. Wow we had a lot. I sorted through them all and ended up weeding out 4 garbage bags full. Now you would think that this is a lot but I still have 7 totes (boxes) full. However I have virtually nothing for Isabelle now. Sizes 9 months to 24 are virtually non existent. I am hoping that I lent them to someone because I know that I had some. I mean Emily certainly didn't go naked for over a year of her life lol. Oh well they will turn up.

Last night we went out for steak for Colins birthday. His actual birthday isn't until the 20th but because of that being the middle of the week we decided to celebrate this weekend. It was by far the best steak I have ever had. juicy and tender. Yummm so good. There were 15 of us for supper, including my father in law which I thought was a pretty good feat. He seemed to really enjoy himself though so I am glad that he decided to come. After supper we went back to Colins bosses house and had a party of sorts. Visiting, drinks, food and of course cake. It was lots of fun and being the party animals that we are we were home by 12:30. The kids had lots of fun and Emily ran and played all night.

On a super happy note Bonnie is on her way home!! YAY!!!! I am so excited and can't wait for my friend to be home. I have missed her lots and will be very happy when I can go visit all the time. So I am going to go and sit and relax and wait for Bonnie to call.
